Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with TokPick. If you're not, here's how to get your money back.

7-day money-back guarantee

If you're not satisfied with TokPick within 7 days of your first purchase, email hello@tokpick.io and we'll refund you in full. No forms, no friction.

How to request a refund

  1. Email us from the same address you used to purchase.
  2. Include your order or subscription details — a screenshot of your Stripe receipt is enough.
  3. We'll process the refund within 3 business days.

After 7 days

The List ($47, one-time)

After 7 days, The List is non-refundable. You keep lifetime access to the editions you've purchased.

Pro ($19/month)

Pro subscriptions can be cancelled at any time to stop future charges:

  1. Find your most recent Stripe receipt email.
  2. Click Manage subscription.
  3. Cancel — access continues until the end of your current billing period.

Past months are not refundable.

Failed or duplicate charges

If you were charged twice or charged in error, email us right away and we'll refund the duplicate immediately — regardless of the 7-day window.
